07/06/2020: Branch Lobbies Reopened; Loan Office Appointment Only

Hatboro Federal is pleased to announce the reopening of our branch lobbies on Monday, July 6, 2020.  NOTE: our lending office building will remain closed for general traffic, if you wish to speak with someone in our loan department please call to schedule an appointment at 215-675-4424.

We want to stress that the health and safety of our customers, communities and staff remains our top priority.  We are opening our lobbies in a safe and thoughtful manner and in accordance with regulatory requirements, best practices and other considerations. 

Our branch lobbies will look different than they did prior to COVID -19 and we ask for your patience and understanding as we transition to the new normal together. 

SOCIAL DISTANCING:  Hatboro Federal will be adhering to the Pa Department of Health’s guidance by asking our customers to maintain a six-foot distance.  We have placed social distancing floor markers in our lobbies to indicate proper six-foot spacing requirements. 

FACIAL COVERINGS:  Facial coverings, such as masks, are required for all of our customers.  If you are unable to wear a facial covering, please continue to use our drive-thru services for all your banking needs.  We are requiring all front line staff who work directly with our customers to wear facial coverings.

PLEXIGLASS SHIELDS: Plexiglass shields have been installed at all teller windows and customer service desks in all the branches.

NO PUBLIC RESTROOMS:  All restrooms are restricted to employees only; no public restrooms available.  We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.  We hope you understand that this decision was made in the best interest of both our customers and our employees.
